We have entered a time when the changes are clearly visible. Fall is not a good time to get your wardrobe ready, but it's also a good time to try new things. You may have heard of the many benefits of hot yoga. Because if Penélope Cruz and Sandra Bullock promised through it, something worthwhile would happen in full sweat.

There are a lot of things to try out, but before you get in there are a few things you should know before your gun fires. After all, yoga in a warm room is not for the faint of heart. I have been teaching hot yoga for almost 5 years so I saw a lot of different people and a lot start to come and go in the hot room.

People who are not approved for heating will have a hard time modifying their new installation, which is the old one. So I learned how important it is to plan where these people will meet. Whether you are a yogi or a beginner, there are some things we want everyone to know before entering the sweaty world.

Trying Hot Yoga For the First Time

Do not eat right before the start of the course

Heat can cause abnormalities in your body. It can make you dizzy, anxious, and even nauseous. Therefore, it is important to go on an empty stomach. If you walk in after completing a big burrito, you will be in pain every minute of a hot yoga session and you will not get much benefit from it. Since you don't want your body to spend most of its time digesting, it's a good idea to skip meals 1 to 2 hours before training. You need all the resources you can reach and sweat. Water alone is not enough - you need electrolytes too

I have seen many students constantly chewing on their water bottles after class. They came back the next day saying they were still thirsty and felt a bit dehydrated. If you defecate, your body will not be able to absorb enough water. You need simple electrolytes like sodium chloride, potassium, and magnesium. Your body's brain needs these cells to function normally, and excessive sweating can lead to excessive weight loss, which can lead to physical and mental fatigue. Drink coconut water, eat bananas, or buy electrolyte supplements. All of these help restore the body's electrolytes to normal levels.

You may experience bloating

When I start a new exercise that I like, I usually go first. It really happened to me when I first started doing hot yoga (the first time I went 10 days together), and I've seen a lot of others doing the same. Drug addiction at best. But what you might not know is that you can experience bloating when you switch from heatless yoga to hotter yoga in a short period of time. This happens because your body is amazed at how much you sweat and how much water you drink right away. This allows you to go to an emergency and your body will hold back as much water as possible if the apocalypse is near (it isn't). But when you know that your body is not in danger, you will start to lose all the

weight and feel better. Bring a change of clothes

I've found that many people don't expect to sweat as much as they did in the first class. At the end of the class, you won't want to come home in your head-to-toe soaked yoga outfit. Almost every hot yoga house I've been to had a bathroom and changing rooms, so dress and shower before you go. You'll be better off if you don't have to sit in wet leggings on the way home.
